Use MoonShip
Get started on the web and with the original Chrome extension.
Release reference · Updated 14 October 2026On this page
Before you start
Install MoonShip from the Chrome Web Store or open the web app. The hosted service supports both entry points; users do not need to run a local backend.
Account creation and login use the configured Privy/X flow. Review the network and wallet before confirming a transaction.
Your first source-selected buy
Discover a cashtag on X or choose an asset in Wallet → Swap. Select the exact chain and token contract, then choose the person who is the source for this buy. Review USDC input, fees, minimum received amount and receiving wallet.
Approve USDC if needed, then explicitly confirm payment. Track delivery and settlement separately. Relation Tokens appear only after protocol acceptance. Reopening an existing order checks it without sending another payment.
Install the Chrome extension
Open the MoonShip listing and choose Add to Chrome. Pin the extension to your toolbar, then follow its prompts to allow access to X and connect your account.
Store updates use the same listing. Developers and existing unpacked self-use installations should follow the repository workflow and keep their original extension directory.
Explore your relationships
Home shows Relation Tokens, income, the capital network and activity. Leaderboard ranks accepted settled Mint quantities, with actual USDC shown separately. Token benefits include private chat, holder communities and qualified V0.4 fee income.
Access depends on exact configured tokens, linked wallet balances and application policies. A holding threshold is not automatic membership consent. Messaging uses a server gateway and is not end-to-end encrypted.
If something looks incomplete
An unavailable RPC, unfinished index or unknown balance is not a confirmed zero. Follow the application’s pending-operation recovery instead of repeatedly paying. Partial rankings and network views describe indexed history, not complete global activity.
