Contact the project

Email zfy3712z@gmail.com for support, privacy requests and security reports. Include the extension version, selected network, step, sanitized error and public transaction hash if needed. Never send a seed phrase, private key, password, session token or screenshot containing secrets.

Using the extension

After installation, pin MoonShip, open it and review page access. Agree only if you want X page features, then refresh X. Click Trade/Moon next to a cashtag, inspect the candidate’s chain and contract, choose a wallet and follow the three-step guide. Closed networks can be tracked but their swap action remains disabled.

Connect OKX/MetaMask in the normal companion app window; the wallet supplies its own connection/signature/transaction confirmation. Embedded wallets use Privy/X login. Testnet and mainnet assets are separate. Never use real assets to follow a testnet instruction.

Pending operations and service availability

If sync is incomplete, retry the read. If a payment was submitted, preserve the original operation and use its reconciliation/recovery action; do not repeat payment. A public RPC delay is not proof of failure. Store distribution requires configured public HTTPS services and OAuth; the local developer build still uses its separately configured companion. The bootstrap upload package cannot be used or submitted for review.
